4. Wallet Connection

Certain features of the Services require connecting a compatible wallet. You are solely responsible for managing your wallet's private keys and seed phrases. We do not store or manage your wallet's private keys.

5. Nature of the Token

The SCENT token is a utility token and does not represent securities, equity, ownership interests, or any other financial instruments. Holding SCENT tokens does not grant voting rights, profit claims, or any other shareholder rights in the Company.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency prices may fluctuate significantly, and you may lose your entire investment
• Blockchain technology and smart contracts carry inherent technical risks
• Changes in the regulatory environment may restrict the provision of Services
• Network congestion and high gas fees may cause transaction delays or failures
